On May 3, 2000 the first geocache was placed by Dave Ulmer in America. Less than two months later the first geocache was hidden in Canada on June 28. GCBBA (originally GC41) is still active today.
This trackable, double sided wooden nickel celebrates 15 years of Geocaching in Canada. It's cut in the shape of the ammo can at GCBBA, Canada's first geocache, while the back has the cache's designations and location with the geocaching logo. The design is etched right into the wood disc.
Please note that there are some variations in the wood colouring, so the shade of the nickel you get may differ slightly from the pictures.
