What Is It? Wednesday Weekly Contest

Last month, after a long hiatus, we restarted our weekly "What is it?" Wednesday contest. Each week we post a picture related to geocaching in some way and ask people to try and identify it. The answer is revealed on Thursday and all the people who guess correctly go in a draw for a prize. This week's picture is up; do you know what it is?
